Refunds are applicable only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Perishable items (like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) are generally non-refundable unless they arrive spoiled or damaged.
Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Products that have been used or opened (unless defective).
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
