1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Perishable items (like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) are generally non-refundable unless they arrive spoiled or damaged.

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.


2. Refund Process

  • You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Products returned without prior approval from Mauli Grocery.

  • Products that have been used or opened (unless defective).


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
